A strong core helps keep your back healthy, maintain good posture, improve balance, enhance performance, and prevent injuries.  This class will BLAST your upper and lower body, empower your trunk, abdominals, and back muscles for a lean and strong center.

Core & Stretch

Work the core muscles, and then spend the rest of class completing a variety of stretches covering the entire body.
