EZ Pay System

Monthly withdrawals from Credit Card or Bank Account.
You can choose a monthly payment plan applied to your Discover, VISA, Mastercard or Amex credit card, or you can select automatic monthly withdrawals from your checking account. Both offer easy ways to spread out adult or family membership payments on an ongoing basis.Your membership is active until you ask us to discontinue it with at least 10 days notice. Memberships paid by credit card or bank drafting do not have an expiration date – they are recurring.

Youth and Child memberships are on an annual basis and are non-refundable.

Effective Immediately
As soon as you join, either online or in person, you are in our data base and can begin using the Y immediately. The first time you come to the Y, you and each member of your family will get your photo taken for your personal membership card that is scanned when you arrive for each visit.

Guest Passes

When you join or renew an active membership, you are eligible for annual guest passes to use for family and friends. (Please note: guests must be 16 + years of age to use the Fitness Center) Please pick up your guest passes at the Front Desk, they are not sent to you.

Full Family Membership: 10 guest passes
Full Adult Membership: 5 guest passes
Full Child Memberships: 7 guest passes for parent/guardian to accompany child.

If you cancel your membership, your guest passes are no longer valid, even if you rejoin.
Guest passes are no longer valid 2 years after issue date.

(Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Youth and Summer memberships do not receive guest passes.)

Financial Aid

The Riverbrook Regional YMCA’s mission is to be open and accessible to all, so that everyone in our community has an equal opportunity to participate in Y membership, programs, services and social activities, regardless of financial situation or ability. The Y raises funds each year for financial assistance and community outreach programs so that children can attend summer day camp, senior citizens can participate in water exercise, adults can rehabilitate from an accident or illness, and families can spend quality time swimming together at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA.

Day passes may be purchased for use of Y facilities. These fees are not applicable towards membership payments and do not include class participation or babysitting.

Nationwide Membership & Local YMCA Reciprocity

Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating Y in the United States through membership at your “home” YMCA (your home location is the facility that enrolled you as a member and that collects your membership dues).
Group Fitness classes will be offered to reciprocal visitors if there is available room capacity at the start of the class.

What You Need to Know
Valid for active, full facility YMCA members.
Nationwide member visitors must use their home Y at least 50% of the time.
Program-only participants and special memberships are not eligible for Nationwide Membership.

New York City Y Members are part of Citywide, not Nationwide, reciprocity therefore are not eligible for reciprocal visits at the Wilton Y.

Your Riverbrook Regional YMCA membership card will be honored at most Ys across the country. Policies vary by Y to Y, so call ahead to confirm.

Local Reciprocity
DURING FLOOD DAMAGE
Our 4 neighboring YMCAs in Darien, New Canaan, Greenwich, and Brookfield will welcome our members to visit their pools. They have graciously waived the eight visits allowance for reciprocity to our members. Please show proof of membership from our YMCA and a photo ID.

Please Note: Some local Y’s have restrictions at this time. Please call ahead before visiting.

Local Y Reciprocity includes:
The Westport Weston Family YMCA Indoor facilities are available.
The outdoor pool and facilities are not available to Wilton Y members and Westport Weston Y members do not have access to the Wilton Y’s outdoor pool, splash pad or pond. Only 4 visits a month are allowed.
The New Canaan YMCA, the CT Coast Regional YMCA and the Darien YMCA (may have some restrictions, please call ahead). 8 visits a month are allowed.

Please note that under the New England Reciprocal Agreement we ask that you belong to the Y you use most often and limit your reciprocal visits to *8 or less a month (*Number of visits allowed subject to change).

PLEASE NOTE: Silver Sneakers and Renew Active memberships do not include reciprocal visits to other Ys that don’t offer those programs (including above local Ys).

All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. If the accompanying adult does not have a full membership, they must pay the daily drop in fee of $20. You must be 16 years of age to use the Fitness Center regardless of membership type. Reciprocity does not cover program classes, camp or babysitting. Guests of reciprocating Y members must pay our daily drop-in guest fee, Adults $20 & Youth $10. You must be a full Riverbrook Regional YMCA member to qualify for any discounted rates.

Program Membership (non-member)

Everyone must be enrolled as a member or non-member of the Y to take advantage of Y programs. For those who wish to limit their participation to Y classes only, they may sign up online as a “Non-member” and pay the higher rate for classes. This membership does not include use of other Y facilities such as pools, gymnasium, paddle tennis courts, fitness rooms or group fitness classes.
