Jasmine is a very polite, poised and very professional person, we like her very much. She was our first contact when joining the Y, we specifically wanted to start strength training. Our introduction with her was great, we each received a free session where she helped guide us through each machine, how it worked and best of all, set us up with a workout chart where everything was written down for us to start our journey, that was a year ago and we’ve been hooked ever since!
As a trainer, she is very knowledgeable, she is insightful and creative too, she can mix up a routine and make it feel fresh and fun. She’s very careful too making sure you are using the correct weight and that everything feels ok and always with great understanding of how the body works. Our experience with her has been terrific.
