PRESCHOOL SPORTS & FITNESS

At the Riverbrook Regional Y, we know that preschoolers have a lot of energy and it’s important to keep kids active at a young age to prevent childhood obesity and create good health habits from the start. The Y offers a wide selection of programs to choose from that complement your child’s interests and abilities. Many of our activities involve both parent and child, so let the fun begin – for you and your preschooler!
