New Member Orientation
Get acquainted with our facility and staff!
When you join our Y, our Fitness Center Manager will contact you to arrange a new member orientation. A member of our Fitness Staff team will walk you through the Fitness Center, demonstrate how to use the cardiovascular equipment consoles, and help you find the appropriate settings on the strength circuit machines. ATC for Member Use! Located on the first floor
The Athletic Training Center is now open to members : Monday – Thursday 1:30-3:30pm
During these special ATC Drop-In times, members are able to use the boxing bags, TRX straps, battle ropes, free weights, plyo boxes, and Keiser pneumonic equipment (sled, bench press, cable), as well as the spin bikes and rowers. Available to members 16 years of age and older.
NEW! Fitness Center Age Requirements
MEMBERS AND GUESTS AGED 16 YEARS OR OLDER may use the Fitness Center.
YOUTH AGED 14-15 are permitted in the Fitness Center after completing an orientation with a member of our Fitness Staff (by appointment).
YOUTH AGED 12-13 are permitted in the Fitness Center accompanied by a parent or guardian OR on their own after completing our Youth Strength Training course.
