Facilities and Benefits of the Riverbrook Regional YMCA

With our focus on Social Responsibility, the Riverbrook Regional YMCA prides itself on being an integral part of our community. The Riverbrook Regional YMCA programs are open to everyone regardless of ability or financial situation. Our philosophy is non-competitive, and we are committed to inclusion. Everyone can have fun progressing at their own pace in all Y classes and realize the maximum benefit possible from their experiences at the Y.

The Wilton Branch of the Riverbrook Regional Y is very fortunate to be located on a spacious 20-acre campus with grassy fields, a fresh water pond and beach, lots of shade trees, outdoor playgrounds, a covered picnic area, and the Norwalk River running along the boundary.

Group Fitness Classes>

Over 90 Group Fitness classes are offered a week. All included in membership. Boot Camp, Zumba, BodyPump, HIIT, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Water Exercise and much more!

Program Discounts, Priority Registration & Guest Passes>

As a member, enjoy discounted prices on programs and priority registration dates (dates vary with membership type). You will also be eligible to receive annual guest passes to use with your active FULL Family, Adult or Child membership. Please pick up guest passes at the front desk. They are not sent out automatically.

Receive One Session of Swim Lessons with a New Family Membership>

When you join the Y with a full Family Membership you will be eligible for one session of GROUP swim lessons at no charge. One lesson per family that must be used by the session immediately following your join date. You must have an active membership.

Parent / Child Swim Lessons included in Family Membership>

(6-35 months) This program introduces and emphasizes basic water safety to parents and provides a positive family aquatic experience. Advance in the different stages as your child progresses.

Child Watch included in Family Membership>

We have experienced staff who take pride in providing loving care for each child so you can have peace of mind while you are working out at the Y.

Schedule your orientation in the Foster Family Fund Fitness Center>

With your membership we offer an orientation session that will help us get acquainted with you, and help you get familiar with the many wellness solutions we offer.

Youth Strength Training>

This program class offers a sampling of agility, cardio and strength training activities. Children (12-15) with family memberships may also take part in our “Families in Training” program.
