Testimonial:
“I find the Athletic Training Center is an excellent way to supplement my regular workouts. I love the variety I get working with additional pieces of equipment. I’ve been focused on a heavy bag, sit up and battle rope workout rotation, and I like the results. Having a Trainer in the room to field questions is a nice way to get up to speed on new equipment.” Eric Wood
