General Guidelines:
- 50% of the party cost will be due at booking. Balance including any additional charges due the day of the party.
- Cancellation of party less than 7 days in advance will result in no refund of party deposit.
- Alcoholic beverages and glass are not permitted.
- The YMCA will ONLY provide space for rental, we will not provide decorations, food, entertainment, etc.
- Party packages are based on 15 child participants. Additional children will be extra $15 per child participant.
- All prices includes a party attendant.
- Parties will be allowed to set up party room 1 hr prior to the start time of the party.
Aquatics:
- All participants for an Aquatic Birthday Party will be swim tested and must wear a swim wrist and head band during the party, for safety as part of our facility policies. (Does not include outside parties)
- If participants are using the inflatable no matter what age, provided lifejackets must be worn, at all times.
- For every 3 non-swimmers one adult, an arms length away, will always need to be in the water with participants.
Arts and Humanities:
- Parties are limited to 15 guests plus the guest of honor.
- Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
- Party includes small craft, dancing and time for food/cake.
