Ashtanga yoga

A vigorous flowing style of yoga that involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures.

Yoga 26/2

A series of 26 traditional hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises in a repetitive sequence of the same poses. The main vibe is discipline designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Gentle Body-Mind-Spirit cultivation which consists of series of slow, meditative and dance like movements that helps to increase stamina and vitality; reduce stress; enhance immune system & much more.
