Pilates Mat
Mat class based on the PILATES method. This popular core-conditioning program will improve core strength & flexibility.

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga
A balanced yoga experience blending the mindful, alignment focused approach of Hatha with the fluid breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa.

Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic style that links breath and movement in a continuous flowing sequence, creating a moving meditation for strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels.

Multilevel Vinyasa Yoga
A Vinyasa flowing style of movement with the option of advanced poses.

Ashtanga yoga
A vigorous flowing style of yoga involving synchronizing breath with progressive & continuous postures.

Yoga 26/2
A series of 26 traditional hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises in a repetitive sequence of the same poses. The main purpose of this class is to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. This class offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.

Gentle Yoga
A slow-paced class that moves through a series of gentle yoga postures connecting movement to breath promoting relaxation, flexibility, and recovery. Class ends with a guided deep relaxation.

Total Body Stretch
Our instructor will guide you through a series of exercises to properly stretch the whole body.

Tai Chi
This class combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation.

Pre-Natal Yoga

This special class is led by a certified Doula and Prenatal Yoga Instructor and includes meditation and breathwork that will help you feel good in your body during pregnancy.
