Boot Camp
This class combines cardiovascular and strength training. Challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance.
Zumba
A Latin dance-inspired fitness workout that connects dance and aerobic elements to various types of music – Hip hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and belly dancing to name a few. This is a fun and great workout for all!
Total Body Conditioning
Total body conditioning program, cardio and resistance training using a variety of equipment!
Classic Step
Traditional choreographed workout using the step bench. This low-impact moderate intensity workout includes total body strengthening.
Step & Sculpt
Traditional classic step class with the added element of using light hand weights for lean muscle sculpting.
Indoor Group Cycling
The original group cycling class at its best! All fitness levels are welcome to this high-energy class full of fun, inspiring music to get you moving.
Fit & Functional
A low-impact, energetic cardio class infused with strength training and balance work. Emphasis is given to foot, knee, and hip alignment. Safe for everyone and intense enough for all fitness levels.
SilverSneakers Classic (Recommended for age 65+)
Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers Stability (Recommended for age 65+)
This SilverSeakers class gets you moving in a safe way, with an added focus on improving balance using chair support.
