I enjoy being with friends and family and being outdoors. Why I’m a Caregiver: I’ve been working with kids for over 10 years and really enjoy it. It was a great experience for be being a nursery teacher and caregiver as well. When we moved to CT I found out about the opportunity of working at the Y which I love as it is a great working environment also.

About Me: When I’m not at the Y, I’m teaching first grade in New Have County, and also work in Youth Ministry. During my time off, I enjoy hiking, playing video games. Reading, or cuddling my cat Athena! Why I’m a Caregiver: I grew up attending summer camp at the Y and am the person I am today because of this tight knit family-like community. What’s a better way to give back and say “thank you,” than passing the magic on to the next generation?
