Our recreational program is designed for athletes who want to learn new skills, stay active, challenge themselves, and have fun. Every class follows progressive lesson plans that allow gymnasts to safely develop at their own pace while celebrating every accomplishment along the way.

Intro to Gymnastics (Ages 4–6)

The perfect bridge from preschool gymnastics into our recreational program. Children learn the fundamentals of all four Olympic events while developing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Evolution (Ages 7–12)

Whether your child is trying gymnastics for the first time or building upon existing skills, they’ll learn exciting progressions in a fun, non-competitive environment that encourages personal growth and achievement.

Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 5+)

Perfect for first-time gymnasts! Athletes learn foundational skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor while developing coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence.

Intermediate Gymnastics (Ages 7+)

Ready for the next challenge? Intermediate Gymnastics helps athletes refine technique, master more advanced skills, and continue progressing through safe, structured instruction.
