
Summer Open Gym: Only 1 Hour All Ages MUST BE REGISTERED
Open gym is a non-instructional program for climbers to age 10. The gym is set up with an obstacle course and all 4 gymnastics stations and more! While the children are jumping, running, swinging, tumbling, and climbing, a parent or guardian must always be on the floor with the child. There will always be an instructor/coach in the gym.
Time: 12:30-1:30pm
Dates: 6/17, 6/19, 6/23, 6/25, 7/8, 7/10, 7/22, 7/24, 8/5, 8/7, 8/19, 8/21
Gymnastics Program runs 6 weeks once a week
Pre- School Combo Ages 3-5
A combination of gymnastics through play and age-appropriate skills on all 4 events, beam, floor, vault and bars
Wednesdays 3:00pm-3:45pm starting July 9th through August 13th
Beginner Ages 5 & Up
With or without experience age-appropriate skills will be taught through four supervised event disciplines (balance beam, floor, vault, uneven bars). Focus will be on flexibility, balance, and all-around strength. No prior gymnastics experience. Intro level.
Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm starting- July 9th through August 13th
Intermediate Ages 7 & Up
More complex skills are refined and taught. Focus will begin on core and cardio awareness in addition to flexibility, balance, and all-around strength. Prior gymnastics experience is recommended.
Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm starting July 10th through August 14th
Gymnastics Summer Sessions
Stay and Play: Ages 4 & Up
No gymnastics experience needed! Children will do gymnastics on all four events while working on flexibility, coordination and strength The 3-hour program includes climbing in, on and through an obstacle course, playing games and doing a craft. Children will have a snack break so please make sure to pack a nut free snack and a water bottle with the child’s name on it! 3 hours of fun!

Gymnastics Workshop:
Ages 6 & Up- Two Hours of Gymnastics Skills on all four events, Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning. Gymnasts should have prior gymnastics experience.
