I signed up for personal training sessions as a slightly nervous, out of shape senior. But Jasmine Pounds, trainer extraordinaire, has made my sessions varied, entertaining, and — most importantly — perfectly designed for me to increase my strength and flexibility without pain or frustration. The combination of the Y’s welcoming atmosphere with Jasmine’s expertise and attitude hasn’t changed my senior status, but it has me looking forward to my sessions with youthful enthusiasm!

She helped me learn how to work out safely and correctly. EPOC BOOTCAMP WITH ROCIO
I’ve been a member of the Wilton/ Riverbrook Family YMCA for about 25 years now. A month or two ago, as part of the Triathlon club training program, I took an introductory boot-camp style class lead by Rocio Fields. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most invigorating workouts that I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be signing up for the upcoming morning boot camp class!
